Hey Folks! I guess I need a new #Introduction thread. I'm Bel and am mostly known for being terminally online since the 90s and for writing a daily blog and recording a weekly podcast with some of my friends.
Most of my content tends to be focused on #VideoGames and more specifically #MMO and #MMORPG games. I occasionally write about some of the dumb things I do to technology to make it work precisely as I want it to.
I have three cats and I am certain you will see pictures of them.
I call myself a GenXer but really I am more on the cusp of being a Millenial. That means I was firmly both a child of the 80s and of the 90s and have a lot of nostalgia for both time periods.
I love #DoctorWho #Dune #BladeRunner #Tron and of course #StarWars and am a lifelong collector of interesting #toys
I fell in love with #MTG around the time of revised and have an irrational love of #palladium #rift #ttrpg
I dabble in #photography and run a #pentax film setup and #canon digital setup.
One of my guilty pleasures is the #paranormal and #cryptids and run a new discord called #SpoopyTown dedicated to the unknown and unknowable including #ghosthunting
I love #creepypasta #scp and #unfiction and consume it regularly.
I love #horror films but more specifically the sort that focuses on world-building or interesting monsters. I'm obsessed with Near Dark, Nightbreed, and Train to Busan.
I also love #sciencefiction and #comics but don't read either as much as I would like.
