These people, besides wearing masks and refusing to identify themselves, have boxes of license plates in their cars, which of course is illegal.
Why? Because they are criminals and pants shitting cowards.
They do this intimidation stuff with us thinking we're going to respond the way they do.
When we don't, they WHINE. Fuck me, the whining is worse. That's the stuff that almost gets a reaction out of me. They expect sympathy from the people they just threatened.
