if i switch the discord chat that my band uses to Element/Matrix what are the things that are going to be bad for my less techie bandmates?

@xinniw off the top of my head

- slowness (especially if using matrix dot org, unless theyve improved on that lately)
- two different versions of Element for Android (you probably want the classic one)
- but Element Classic on Android randomly stops syncing new messages here until i force stop and restart (not sure how widespread this is)
- some lack of feature parity between Elements on different OSes
