Thanks, all. I've been thinking a lot about civic nationalism. It's the idea of a nation that people adhere to ideas and institutions, rather than forming a nation around an ethnic group.
Really interesting thread Evan. If we can solve this issue, humanity would be much closer to world peace, I think. Having worked with teams across the globe for the most of my career and travelled extensively, I have met great people everywhere.
