You know, we've got to stop asking "Is it legal?" because if we're talking about the Nazis in Charge, the answer is either "No, but they don't care," or "They're fucking Nazis."

It's the equivalent of being that kid at school who says they're going to tell the teacher... but has zero power to effect any kind of punishment... when the teacher is too tired and too overworked to actually do anything.
