@basil I made that loaf just for fun, and it’s probably going to become one of my routine bakes because it is gooood.
@basil sprinkles and cheesecake-flavoured baking chips (was supposed to be white chocolate baking chips but I didn’t have any). The baking chips do make the crumb a little softer. The sprinkles probably have a small effect, too. They’re more for color and a little sweetness
