The situation at Dilley detention centre in Texas hasn't improved. Attorney Eric Lee was given a drawing made today by a 5 year old girl (a member of the El Gamal family, who've been held there for eight months despite having committed no crime).

This child turned 5 in detention and has spent almost 20% of her life in jail.

Also in Texas, people at the Prairieland ICE Concentration Camp outside of Dallas, TX are freezing to death as ICE refuses to turn on the facilities heating despite it being 13°F (8°F with wind chill).

Following the murder of Alex Pretti, a woman who survived five gunshots from a Border Patrol agent in Chicago, only to be criminally charged and then cleared, now wants a judge’s permission to share records showing how the feds respond when agents use deadly force.
