@lightweight its an EECA-funded prototype EV charger for Hikotron and a bit confidential. I've deliberately not shown the smarts above and to the side.
Its going to be pimped around trying to get investment for a production machine so may get some publicity.

So based on your hash tags my guess is that these are recycled LEAF batteries, and judging by Hikotron’s involvement this might be for low traffic areas. The batteries charge slowly and then when someone arrives with their Type 2 cable they can plug in, get a blast of juice, then continue away!
… and maybe also offering a battery backup for the business that installed it?
