I understand that when teachers adopt new software, they don't have much time to work around problems. That's why they end up choosing proprietary applications that are easier to use. We know it's a trap. We know that free applications end up being better over time, but initially, this is the situation we find.

If it's about the apps, that's true, ClassQuiz doesn't have any native apps. And regarding the selection of apps by teachers, i think it's just about missing knowledge and then the same reason why everyone still uses WhatsApp. "Worked in the past and it's good enough"
