When you travel, how many meals per day do you usually eat out?
@evan After years of being stressed while traveling, I’ve now settled into treating travel time the same way as if I’m staying at home or in the office.
I try to have roughly normal meals, at roughly my usual hours. Sometimes that takes a bit of planning. But it makes everything feel more relaxed.
