In my later teens (from 1988-1990), I sold #cigarettes from a kiosk in front entrance of a #supermarket. It was best paid Saturday job I ever had (paid more than normal supermarket staff and it was hard for a teen to get - you had to be good at arithmetic and trustworthy (no barcode scanners on till, everything entered manually!)
Although the centre was Gallagher/JTI brands, just about every brand of #tobacco was available with huge display shelf (no plain packs then!) and it was affordable back then even with taxes.
I probably helped kill a fuckton of people and also smoked regularly myself, but didn't care as I was still young.
Was thinking about this and how young folk today get sucked in to corporate #SocialMedia, especially if there is chance to make money...
