With no offense meant to using the term casually, Trump is a traitor by law and case law, specifically for illegally taking command of the CA National Guard to use against citizens and then deploying US Marines domestically and illegally for law enforcement purposes, constituting "the levying of actual war" against the American people.
The traitors are outside the protection of legitimate government.
