Если вы тимлид или техдир, ваше утро редко начинается с неспешного наслаждения чашкой кофе. Скорее, оно начинается с открытия пяти разных вкладок. Картина знакомая и удручающая: бэклог продукта живёт в одной системе (которую либо давно не обновляли, либо вообще собрали из того, что было), код лежит в GitLab, саппорт отбивается от пользователей и заводит баги в каком-то отдельном ServiceDesk, а сборка релизов, планирование ресурсов и метрики трекаются… да-да, в «любимом» Excel или Google Таблицах.

Well, I've done it! I've spoken for a full conference talk. I managed to convince a surprising number of people to listen to me talking about writing and communication for 45 minutes, at a conference dedicated to Agile. I'm amazed by how many people did come to my talk. But apparently I had something worth saying.

I liked working with #NovellNetware - versions 3 and 4.
I’m a big fan of #LotusNotes. It was hard getting used to not having it in my toolbox.
I believe that #agile values and principles are a good foundation for organizing team work and some most frameworks are a good starting point for using them.
I like #Atlassian #Jira and #Confluence.
