Guess it's time for an #introduction post. I'm a #bayarea #California native, #GenX #gay man. Married, we own a #Victorian (#Edwardian) house here in #SanFrancisco. I do #GraphicDesign for #print and #web. The pandemic has put a crimp in some of my hobbies but I used to enjoy #running, #ttrpg, (#dnd, #InvisibleSunRPG, and more) #BoardGames, #VideoGames, #vegetarian #cooking, #art and #writing for #ARG and #immersive events.

Alright, now that I have migrated to my home grown instance, it's time for an #introduction!

I hack. I've always been drawn to #programming both to solve problems, and to have fun. More recently, I've gotten deep into #electronics design and repair, which dovetails nicely with #RetroComputing. And because I inherited a 3D printer, I've gotten into #3DPrinting, #3DModeling (#Blender), and #CAD (#FreeCAD, #OpenSCAD). And for no reason whatsoever, I've recently gotten into #FreeBSD. I like it.

Occasionally I do some #art things, mostly #procedural or #generative. Or #PixelArt (I'm not good at it). Or #music (also not good at it). I have been known to #dj (I am OK at it, and I love #house and #techno).

I've found the Fediverse fascinating and challenging. Eager to dive deeper. :)

The character here is called Bonbon, a bunny / rabbit girl. She is a kemonomimi, so she has bunny ears and a bunny tail. To note, her bunny ears are bit floppy and they have pompoms, like fluffy balls. She has really big / long purple hair, very fluffy and messy, it reaches all the way down to her butt. Her body type is on the chubby / pudgy / thick / plumpy / chonky or whatever name you got, in lamers terms she is fat. She wears rectangular glasses, has blue eyes and big eye bags. Her cheeks have Z markings like ash Ketchum. The pompoms are gray too.
She usually wears jeans and hoodie or Tshirt.
