Nichest of niches, but after years on the waiting list, I was finally able to place an order for a NuEvi electronic valve instrument midi controller :).
If there are any current or former #brass / #trumpet players on here who have a love hate relationship with their instruments due to their demands on their lips, I can really recommend giving a wind controller a try (the NuEvi is the Rolls Royce, I've had fun with the Sylphyo for a while now). Side effects might be that you get into #eurorack at some point, which is definitely dangereous ;).

Last week, I busted out the brass polish to clean up the now tarnished window hardware. Except, oops, it's plated, and I ruined it with the brass polish.
