The Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) is a part of the Office of the CEOs Board area, and the Group Chief Compliance Officer (GCCO) reports to Christian Klein, CEO of SAP, and the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board. OEC's mission is to advance SAP's business goals by promoting a culture of ethics and compliance, and by mitigating a defined set of legal risks.
Our focus includes compliance with the FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act), UK Bribery Act, and other global anti-corruption and bribery laws, and detection and prevention of corruption, bribery and substantial fraud.
The OEC operates as a closely-knit global team with teams focusing on specific areas. These multiple teams all work closely together with areas of overlap and cooperation and collaboration between groups is key.
The Head of Investigations will be responsible for managing all OEC relevant investigation matters and managing the Investigations team: to triage and prioritize investigations; to manage all whistle blower complaints; to conduct all investigations rapidly, effectively and comprehensively; and to produce investigation reports of the highest caliber.
