Does anyone have advice for GMing a TTRPG while you have mental health issues? I've got bipolar, and it's pretty easy on the whole to prep & run a bunch of sessions while I'm manic (extra energy, hyperfocus, etc.), but it's hard to do stuff like that when the depression hits afterward.

Another easy run and another crocus cluster. I feel like giving up all of the time. Now that my social security is about to run out, I’ll have to find a job. Probably will have to work full time for minimum wage, which means finding the time for #running is going to be hard. It’s also about the only thing that’s keeping me from giving up. So yeah, there’re no good options.

Three choices: a place of my own, food to eat and somewhat stable #mentalhealth. Pick any two of them.
