The NYT analyzed the photos and confirmed that the fragments of missile, caused a deadly strike on a school, were consistent with a Tomahawk missile.
The Pentagon confirmed the use of Tomahawks in strikes on Iran, contradicting claims by Mr. Trump.
Numerous internet sources say that Tomahawk missiles are only used by the US, UK, and Australia, and it isn’t “very generic” as Trump said. Plus, there are no reports of UK and Australia were part of the mission.

La terra, nel suo muto e ancestrale rigore, non conosce l'ambiguità della dialettica. Non comprende il peso delle parole "deliberato" o "collaterale", che risuonano asettiche nei palazzi del potere. La terra accoglie, semplicemente, il peso di ciò che le viene restituito troppo presto.
Le immagini che giungono da Minab ci consegnano squarci, dall'alto. quelle file ordinate di fosse sembrano i righi di un quaderno intonso, lo stesso su cui centosessantotto ragazze avrebbero dovuto scrivere il proprio futuro. Invece, tra quei solchi scavati meccanicamente nella polvere iraniana, si deposita il silenzio di una generazione spezzata.
Era il 28 febbraio quando il fragore delle armi ha interrotto il battito di una scuola. Mentre la diplomazia internazionale si interroga, mentre Volker Türk invoca una giustizia che fatica a trovare dimora e Marco Rubio tenta di perimetrare la responsabilità dietro lo scudo dell'errore tattico, la realtà si fa prima corpo e poi ombra. In una piazza gremita di lacrime.
In questo martedì di marzo, il mondo osserva questo ricamo di terra scura, questo spaccato di assenze e dolore. E resta, ancora una volta, l’interrogativo di quale civiltà stiamo creando, di quale apocalisse parleremo domani.
