I'm Andreas, I've been here for quite some time now, in order to stay #independent I run my own #instance.
I code and #architect #software for a living in #C or #Python (yes, those are more or less the extreme ends of the spectrum).
During the first Covid lockdowns here in #Austria I started learning to play the guitar. I have built 4 or 5 (lost count) and one is currently in the works, #lutherie is amazing. The current #guitar count in our household is 7.5.

Nearing my end of day 3 of the #7dfps #gamejam. Got the core gameplay mechanics going. The weapon has two chambers, load one of two colors in each, only hurtful to the same colored enemy. I had a similar #mechanics in an older game of mine but it works better here.

Started experimenting with gl lines for #explosions. Its getting to that point where I'm playing the game more than I'm coding it, which is exactly where I want to be.

Gonna put a period after day 2 of the #7dfps jam. Added some enemies flying around that you can shoot (though they just dissapear atm, but the hittesting is all there), a hud-gun and a laser that goes pew pew. Getting to a point where we are #fragging asap is my strategy.
