Two new arrangements completed! For no one's surprise, both are movements from Bach's cello suites transcribed (and transposed) for low G ukulele.

- Gavotte I from Suite 6.
- Minuet I from Suite 1.

We intend to also have ready the corresponding Gavotte II and Minuet II for launch day.

I have decided to give myself the gift of sucking at something new, namely playing the ukulele.

Music has been important to me since I was a young lad listening to my father’s Tijuana Brass vinyl. At the age of six I asked for and received a guitar for Christmas. But there were no lessons or even a learn to play book. The school I attended had no music program except choir. I held on to the guitar until high school and then discarded it.

This is Choan Gálvez, composer, performer, and #ukulele player established in Barcelona.

I've written a large opus of instrumentals and have published eight books of original music for solo ukulele. I've also released two solo ukulele albums.

My compositions have been premiered and recorded by the likes of Giovanni Albini, Donald Bousted, and Samantha Muir, among others.

Ich möchte Eb spielen. Das Video sagt, 1. Bund auf der A-Seite, alle anderen Seiten im 3. Bund greifen. Meine Finger sind zu kurz 🥴
Google hat mir nicht geholfen, deshalb folgende Idee:
Eb sollte ja mit D# übereinstimmen, richtig? D7 kann ich als Barré über den 2. Bund plus 3. Bund A-Seite spielen. Kann ich das einfach einen Bund hochschieben für D#7?
(Ja, 7 klingt etwas anders, aber besser als den Song gar nicht spielen können..)
