One thing that unites most white (cis or trans) people is racism, especially when we get to say we're the real victims (doesn't matter if we're progressive, liberal, conservative, Nazi - it's our favorite hobby). Note that I am among that "most", but at least I recognize my bullshit and try to not do it.
So before you reply in anger to a BIPOC saying something about a group of white people, maybe think a bit about why they might be saying it first.
