Maybe the most heartbreaking moment of all these Olympics so far - today's performance in the men's free skate -

Maxim Naumov, who lost both his parents just one year ago in the National Airport tragedy that killed 67, who dedicated himself to fight through his grief by preparing for these games, showing a photo of him as a child with them holding him up on the ice.

There should be a decathlon/heptathlon in the #WinterOlympics. First day: ice dance, 10km speed skating, snowboard big air, biathlon, ski jumping.
Second day: Skeleton, snowboard cross, bobsleigh, then 10 sheets of curling, before a few rounds of halfpipe. Last one standing is the winner.

The #USA #WomensHockey team is currently undefeated

5 of its 23 players are from a high school in #Rochester #NewYork

Including #LailaEdwards, the first black woman to play #US #Olympics #Hockey. She just scored a goal against #Canada. In fact 3 of the 5 goals in the win over Canada were by #women from this one high school (sorry Canada)

Winter sports need SNOW, not fossil fuels. Letting Eni sponsor the Winter Olympics is absurd.

Oil and gas companies are melting the very conditions athletes depend on, then using the Games to greenwash their image.

The International Olympic Committee should drop fossil fuel sponsors.
